April has never liked salad. Or most vegetables, for that matter. But, when her love for hosting dinner parties blossomed into a full-blown catering career, she turned her one-time enemy into her new best friend by crafting an arsenal of delicious, small-batch, scratch-made dressings.
Although the dressings were originally intended only for her catered recipes, after relentless hounding from her clients, April finally gave in and made them available in her hometown stores. April’s Green House was born. Her first two dressings hit local Albertsons stores a few years back and have been selling like hot cakes ever since.
